Abstract

Background: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients are very prone tocardiovascular diseases due to dyslipidemia. This study aimed to determine the prevalence of dyslipidemia in COPD patients and to find the role of rosuvastatin in managingdyslipidemia.
