Antimicrobial resistance in urinary tract infections (UTIs) poses a major challenge to effectivetreatment across age groups. This cross-sectional study examined resistance patterns in 240patients (120 pediatric, age 1–17; 120 adult, age 18–75) presenting with culture-confirmed UTIs.
