Abstract

Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) is a common but often underdiagnosed sleep disorder with serioushealth implications, including cardiovascular disease, metabolic disorders, and neurocognitiveimpairment. Despite its high prevalence, public knowledge and awareness remain poor in mostpopulations.
