Abstract

Background: Vitamin D is important for healthy bones and the prevention of disease. Deficiency is a worldproblem, particularly in women and young adults, especially female college students. Deficiency of vitaminD is caused by various factors such as lack of exercise, indoor learning conditions, and exposure to the sun.This is an alarming condition, the deficiency of vitamin D among students of the university, because of academic stress, urban living, and cultural norms
