Abstract

Background :-Skull base fractures (SBFs) are among the most serious consequences of high-energy motorcycleaccidents because of their close relationship with cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leakage, cranialnerve injury, and intracranial infection. Understanding fracture distribution and associated clinical manifestations is important for improving diagnosis and management.
