Pediatric craniopharyngioma is a rare benign intracranial tumor associated with substantiallong-term neurological, endocrine, and visual morbidity. Although survival rates are generallyfavorable, treatment remains challenging because of the tumor's close relationship with the hypothalamus and pituitary gland.
