Abstract

Cervical cancer remains a significant global health challenge, driven predominantly by persistent high-risk Human Papillomavirus (hrHPV) infection and progressive intraepithelial neoplasia.Beyond cytological dysplastic changes, systemic host factors—including systemic inflammatory responses, peripheral immune profiles, and hematological indices—play a crucial role in lesion persistence and malignant transformation.
