Background: Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is a common inflammatory condition of the paranasal sinuses that significantly affects quality of life. Emerging evidence suggests a potential role of vitamin D in immune modulation and inflammation; however, its therapeutic role in CRS remains uncertain. Objective: To evaluate the effect of oral vitamin D3 supplementation on clinical symptoms and radiological
outcomes in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyposis (CRSsNP).
