Abstract

Background: Anticipation of a difficult airway remains central to safe anaesthesia practice.Multiple bedside scoring systems exist; however, their diagnostic accuracy varies across populations and settings. Aim: To compare the diagnostic performance of Wilson’s Score and the Intubation Prediction Score (IPS) in predicting difficult airway, using Intubation Difficulty Scale (IDS) as the reference standard.
