Abstract

Background: Cervical lymphadenopathy is a common clinical condition with a wide range of etiologiesfrom benign reactive processes to malignancies. Accurate differentiation is essential for appropriatemanagement.
Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of fine needle aspiration cytology in differentiatingbenign and malignant cervical lymphadenopathy using histopathology as the gold standard
