Abstract

Background: Polycystic Ovary Syndrome is a common endocrine disorder among women ofreproductive age, frequently associated with insulin resistance and obesity. Adipokines, particularly leptin and adiponectin, play a key role in linking metabolic and reproductive abnormalities.
