A COMPARATIVE EVALUATION OF DEXAMETHASONE VERSUS MAGNESIUM SULPHATE AS ADJUVANTS WITH BUPIVACAINE IN ULTRASOUND‑GUIDED TRANSVERSUS ABDOMINIS PLANE BLOCK FOR POST‑OPERATIVE ANALGESIA IN OPEN UNILATERAL INGUINAL HERNIA SURGERIES.

Introduction: Inguinal hernia repair stands out as one of the most often performed surgeries and is commonly associated with moderate to severe postoperative pain, especially within the first postoperative day. Inadequate control of this pain can hinder recovery, prolong hospital stay, and potentially contribute to the development of chronic post-surgical pain.
