Abstract

Background: Blunt abdominal trauma is amajor cause of morbidity and mortality,particularly among young adults involvedin road traffic accidents. Solid organs suchas the spleen, liver, kidneys, and pancreasare commonly affected. Early diagnosis using appropriate imaging and timelymanagement are essential for improvingclinical outcomes.
