Background: Heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) remains a leading cause ofmorbidity and mortality globally. Sacubitril/Valsartan and Dapagliflozin have individuallydemonstrated significant benefits in HFrEF management. However, direct comparative data evaluating their relative efficacy on functional outcomes, biomarker reduction, and hospitalreadmissions remain limited, particularly in the Indian population.
