Introduction: Abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB) is a,common gynecological concern that presents significantdiagnostic challenges, particularly because it encompasses a wide range of possible underlying causes, frombenign conditions like polyps and fibroids to more serious pathologies such as endometrial cancer. This study aimed to assess the diagnostic accuracy of hysteroscopy in AUB and its concordance with histopathologicalfindings.
