Abstract

Background: Diabetic foot ulcers areassociated with delayed healing and highrecurrence rates, particularly when mechanical pressure contributes to ulcerpersistence. Keller’s arthroplasty mayimprove healing by reducing pressure over thehallux and forefoot.
